Last week, many of Canada's top fashion designers (as well as Spanish line Mango’s fall line) unveiled their spring 2009 collections during a series of 37 runway shows at L'Oreal Fashion Week in Toronto. Highlights included Project Runway Canada winner Evan Biddell’s edgy, billowy designs; bold hues of purple and green; soft, flowing charmeuse gowns and plenty of florals.
